A live marketplace with 50–200 beta users, built by a two-person team. I owned architecture, build and deployment.
- Property and vehicle listings from one codebase.
- A three-role approval workflow and a mock-first API adapter layer.
Owned architecture and delivery end to end across four production products with real users: KweekServ, KweekGraph, City Tour and internal tooling.
- KweekServ reduced floor staff from 4 to 2, and trips from 3 to 1.
- Redesigned KweekGraph after observing a real photographer's workflow.
- Real-time GPS tracking for City Tour with Redis pub/sub, plus Twilio WhatsApp and SMS notifications.
- Led a seven-person national field sales team and took part in client negotiations.
